At Hugh Black & Sons we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your orders and shopping experience. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

If you have an issue with your order or would like to report a faulty item please call us at the shop you got your order from using the phone number from Our Locations page or email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For perishable items, we can only issue refunds or replacement products for faulty items – subject to them being returned to us in their original condition for inspection prior to their use by dates.
