KEEPING YOU SAFE THROUGH COVID-19
The health and safety of our customers and staff is always our top priority, and never more so than in recent times, so here are a few of the things we are doing to keep you safe.
As a food business, we always adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, however, we are now operating an enhanced cleaning schedule, including all regularly touched surfaces.
Our staff members have increased their already stringent personal hygiene standards and undergo daily temperature checks.
All of our shops remain open and have now returned to normal opening hours. However, we have limited the number of shoppers allowed in each shop at any one time. This varies from branch to branch, so we ask that you adhere to the signs in the shop windows.
If you have to queue outside the shop, please adhere to the social distancing tape on the ground to keep a safe distance from fellow shoppers.
We kindly request that if you have come to the shop with friends or relatives, that only one person comes into the shop. This does not apply to carers.
In line with Government regulations, face coverings must be worn when shopping with us unless you are exempt.
Once inside the shop, hand sanitizer is available for your use. Floor markings are in place to maintain a safe distance between customers and staff.
All of our card payment machines can take contactless payments, we request that you use this where possible.
Please do not enter the shop if you, or a member of your household are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, if you have been a close contact of someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 10 days or if you have travelled to an amber or red list country in the past 10 days.
To reduce waiting times, we have introduced a telephone ordering service on Mondays to Thursdays. Just call your local branch (telephone numbers are in the Our Locations section) between 8.30am and 10.30am to place you order. Your order will be ready for collection after 2.30pm the same day.
