Christmas Collection Information
It’s that time of year again when we all start thinking about the most important meal of the year.
You can pick up one of our Christmas Brochures in any of our shops or you can see it on our Facebook page or by clicking the image on the right. Please feel free to browse through the Christmas Ordering section of our website where you will find a large range of products.
To avoid disappointment, we would strongly recommend ordering early this year, particularly if you are looking to order one of the smaller sized turkeys. We expect these to be in high demand this year with the current limits on household gatherings.
4 ways to order
This year we have 4 ways to place your Christmas Order. You do not have to pay anything up front, full payment will be taken on collection:
- In-store: Order forms are available in store. Once you have filled this out, just hand it to one of our friendly counter staff who will be happy to take your order.
- Online: New for this year, you can place your Christmas or New Year order through this website for collection in store.
- Via Email: Just email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to include which shop you would like to collect your order from and on which date.
- Telephone: Call our dedicated order line on 01506 651772, Monday – Friday, 9am till 5pm.
Be sure to place your Christmas order before 5pm on the 15th of December, and your New Year order by 5pm on the 23rd of December.
special requests & Time slots
When placing your order, let us know if you have any special requests, eg. if you would like your steaks cut to a specific size. If placing your order online there is a section for you to add any special requests. If nothing is specified you will receive our standard sizes. Please note that making a special request will not change your estimated cost although the final amount you pay on collection will change accordingly.
This year, to try to reduce queuing at our stores and facilitate social distancing, we have introduced collection slots for Christmas and New Year orders. There is a limited number of spaces available in each 2-hour time slot. These will be given on a first come, first serve basis. We kindly request that you try to stick to your time slot.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. This will include your order number and an estimated cost. If you can quote your order number on collection it will help us to locate your order and speed up our service. While we have tried to make the estimated costs as accurate as possible, the final cost may vary depending on the weight of your final items and any special requests. Please check your confirmation email carefully and let us know as soon as possible if there are any errors. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 days, please contact us.
collections & festive opening times
Christmas orders can be collected between the 21st and the 24th December.
New Year orders can be collected from 28th to 31st December.
